How It Works:
Share Your Design
Send us your concept—whether it's a sketch, photo, or sample—along with details such as preferred metal, gemstone type, size, and any specific requirements.
CAD Drawing & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required before we begin creating your CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing. Once completed, the CAD will be sent to you for review and approval.
- Production starts upon your confirmation and is typically completed within 15 business days.
- After the remaining balance is paid, your finished piece will be shipped within 2 business days.
- If you choose not to proceed with production, a CAD drawing fee of $50 per design applies.
- For high-value stones, a full (100%) deposit is required before CAD creation.
Final Review & Shipment
We'll provide HD photos and videos of the finished jewelry for your final inspection. Once approved, the piece will be shipped. The final product is considered to match the CAD design as confirmed by you.
