At Ecogemma, every piece is crafted with care and shipped with the highest level of security and attention. We aim to deliver your jewelry safely, quickly, and beautifully.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom sizes or special requests: May require up to 10–14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS Priority/Express (U.S. only)

All shipments include:

  • Tracking number

  • Insurance

  • Signature confirmation (for high-value orders)

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country’s regulations.

💎 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping promotions (if available) will be automatically applied.

For wholesale orders, shipping rates may differ and will be shown during checkout or invoice.

📫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All packages are insured.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at support@ecogemma.com.

  2. Provide your order number and photos (for damage).

  3. We will assist with filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement.

Ecogemma is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

🏡 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address during checkout.
If an address error is discovered before shipment, contact us immediately.

If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address entry, re-shipping fees may apply.
