📫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
All packages are insured.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will assist with filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement.
Ecogemma is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an address error is discovered before shipment, contact us immediately.
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address entry, re-shipping fees may apply.
